Live Rattan Balls
This Aquarium decoration is constructed of the Live Rattan Balls wood and aged in a moss-filled aquarium to house healthy beneficial bacteria.
TIP: It may be used as a moss ball or a shelter for dwarf shrimp and fish fry, similar to a moss ball.

Rattan wood is safe to use in aquariums in its natural condition, but because it is a softwood, it should be replaced frequently. It takes longer to degrade than Vinewood and has less tannins.This Rattan Ball has been bleached, boiled, and aged in our tanks, and it already has enough bio-film and some mosses that have grown on it over time, although the quantity, kind, and quality of moss on delivery is not guaranteed.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Small - 1 inch, 3cm
Medium - 2 inches, 5cm
Large - 4 inches, 10cmYou will receive a live ball with live moss and microorganisms, which you may quarantine before placing in your aquarium.
Replace after 2 month, or when they start to perish...
You can choose three or four of them to use as aquarium decorations.
