This is a high-quality Lava Rock that may be used as a substrate for aquarium soil or as a filter media for beneficial bacteria.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Place the mesh bag under running water until clean water emerges.
Place it straight in the filter as filter media, or remove it from the bag.
It may also be used to bulk up your aqua soil under the substrate or as substrate once it has been emptied. In a 5 gallon tank, 200gr will make a thin 0.5 cm layer.
